Tofu Scramble
Before I made this last week, I had never tried tofu scramble before! I'd seen it floating around on Instagram and Pinterest for a long time but for some unknown reason I'd never gotten round to making it. For my first effort at making this I can hands down say this is a great alternative to scrambled egg on your vegan fry-up and it will become a staple part of my breakfast next time I want a little treat!
Tofu is such a versatile ingredient and even if you're not vegan I suggest getting your hands on some and giving this a go! I've been really loving tofu recently, frying it until it's crispy, baking in it soy sauce and now frying it with some spices to give an awesome tofu scramble!
Are you going to give this recipe a go? I enjoyed mine with some Vegan Quorn Ham slices, tomatoes and toast - show me how you had yours on Instagram using # so I can get jealous at your meals and want to eat this tasty Tofu Scramble again!
