Grilled Chicken Souvlaki #dinner #chicken #healthyrecipes #easy #lunch
A delicious Mediterranean lemon, garlic and oregano pierced flame broiled chicken that is flawless in pitas, in servings of mixed greens or right off the stick.
Of all the incredible dinners that I had on my excursion in Greece a couple of years prior maybe the most noteworthy one was the chicken gyros from a little shop in Plaka.
The shop was little to such an extent that it was extremely only a window in the road where you requested and afterward you got the chance to eat while strolling down the road. The gyro was effectively the best that I have ever had! What stood apart about the chicken gyros was that there was broiled red peppers layered in among the chicken.
Appropriate gyro meat is cooked on a vertical rotisserie with endless supply of chicken and it would not be truly possible to make at home however you can positively duplicate the flavors! When all is said in done a gyro comprises of the rotisserie meat, tomatoes, onions and tzatziki all enveloped with a pita. Instead of the rotisserie style gyro meat I chose to go with some flame broiled chicken souvlaki .
